Biography of Sarah Gibbs
Sarah Gibbs joined the staff of the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition in August 2008 after graduating from Freed-Hardeman University with a major in History and minors in Psychology and Sociology. Sarah, a native of Ohio, started calling Akron home in the year 2000.
Sarah has worked on a variety of programs since starting with the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition, including many of the educational programs the Coalition sponsors each year. Some of these programs include the Cargill Canoe Adventure, the Cargill Bluegill Fishing Derby, and the visits of the Akron Public Schools each year in April and May. Sarah also works with the Ohio & Erie Coalition's Technology and helps maintain the website and Facebook Page.
