George has worked at the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition since 2011, managing the Strategic Initiatives Program, as well as various projects and events, including the construction of boardwalks along the Towpath Trail in Tuscarawas County and the improvement of underpasses along the trail in Downtown Akron. George is a graduate from Kent State University and The University of Akron.
