The Tapco Group
The Tapco Group is a company that provides a range of premium interior and exterior products. They focus on maintenance-free beauty, easy installation, sustainability, and delivering the most color and product options. The Tapco Group worked with the OECC’s Richard Howe House renovation project by providing roofing materials at a discounted cost and donating a portion of the roof. The product looks like slate shingles but is really a composite material made from Thermoplastic Olefin and ground limestone. It contains some post industrial recycled products and can be recycled at the end of its life cycle which is expected to be 50 to 100 years.
