Welty Building Company has proved quality construction services since 1945. Headquarter in Akron; they recently moved to their new office at 3421 Ridgewood Road Suite 200, Fairlawn between I-77 and Cleveland Massillon Road.

Welty Building Company is using their considerable experience in working with not-for-profit agencies to assist the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition with the renovation of the Richard Howe House. A team led by Don Taylor and John Dodovich, is serving as the construction managers for this significant historical project in downtown area.
