Forest City Enterprises
Forest City Enterprises is an exciting, diversified real estate company that acquires and manages commercial and residential real estate properties throughout the United States. Forest City, headquartered in Cleveland Ohio, is committed to the general welfare of the communities where they live and work. They work to develop and maintain excellent relationships throughout those communities, balancing business interest with community needs. Allan Krulak, Vice President, Director of Community Affairs, has been a great friend to the Ohio & Erie Canalway, serving as Chairman of the Ohio & Erie National Heritage Canalway.
Dominion
Dominion is one of the nation’s largest producers and transporters of energy with approximately 35,500 megawatts of electric generation, 7,800 miles of natural gas transmission pipeline and owns the largest underground natural gas storage system with about 980 billion cubic feet of capacity. With it corporate headquarters in Richmond, Virginia; Dominion is active in the communities where they do business. In 2006, over 100 Dominion employees came out to work with OECC on two Canalway projects, the Clinton Beautification project and Pitluk Preserve project. Last year Dominion awarded the Canalway with a Community Impact award. Greg Theirl, Dominion East Ohio Gas Area Manager, serves as a Trustee for the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition.
