Please be advised that the Towpath Trail in downtown Akron will be detoured for a half mile due to demolition at BF Goodrich beginning at Spaghetti Warehouse to W Bartges Street. The construction work is anticipated to be ongoing through mid-November. 

Detour from the north: Turn left on a path by Spaghetti Warehouse to S. Main Street. Turn right and continue on S. Main Street to W. Bartges Street. Turn right on Bartges to the connection of the Towpath Trail on the south side of the street.
