Amber is the first person to hold the position of vice president and COO of the organization, and is tasked with leading events, development projects, and day-to-day operations within the organization. She is an active member of the community, including serving as a member of Leadership Akron’s Class 34, Torchbearer (Class of 2010), and United Disabilities Services Board, and is distinguished with many awards, including Summit County Historical Society’s 2017 Woman of the Year in Creativity and Greater Akron Chamber’s 2014 30 for the Future Award. Amber holds dual bachelor degrees in public relations and business communication from The University of Akron, where she also completed her Masters in Communication.
