Emily Cooney Gyulai serves the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition as the Development Manager. She manages the relationships with our corporate partners and donors, and leads the events and development team.
Emily is a 2021 graduate from the University of Mount Union where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and also studied Music. She has been with the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition since January of 2021 when she interned as a Communication Intern. Originally from Erie, PA, she has enjoyed acquainting herself with the greater Akron community and honing her skills through her participation in the Spring 2022 Class of Better Akron Fellows and the Summit Choral Society’s Metropolitan Chorus.
