Ramahn Wilder, the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition's Akron Civic Commons Coordinator, is an Akron native who developed a profound appreciation for family and community growing up in a multi-generational household. He brings experience from his role as a Program Assistant at the Knight Foundation and his six years as an APS School Bus Driver. Ramahn is a community-focused entrepreneur, owning businesses that contribute to the local area. He began his role with the OECC in July 2023 and will play a vital part in realizing Akron Civic Commons 2.0 by assisting with communications and overseeing programming around Lock 3 and Summit Lake Parks within Ohio & Erie Canal Park.
